Job Description
- Operational Management: Oversee daily operations within the area, ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate team members to achieve performance targets. Foster a positive work environment.
- Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth in the region.
- Customer Engagement: Enhance customer experience through effective communication, feedback collection, and service improvements.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, operational challenges, and market conditions to senior management.
- Budget Management: Assist in the preparation and management of budgets for the area, ensuring cost control and profitability.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in area management or a similar role, preferably in the food or restaurant industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Maadi Residents are preferable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM software.
