The Job in a Nutshell💡

We are looking for an experienced Courier Care Team Leader to join our team. In this role, As a Courier Operations Team Leader, you play a crucial role in the couriers’ journey. You’re the focal point between couriers, customers, and stores, monitor the courier’s movements, and ensure the orders are fulfilled smoothly. Furthermore, you’re responsible for resolving any issues and reporting suspicious behavior.

What You Will Do💡

  • Supervise and support the courier team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics (on-time deliveries, service levels, AHT, CSAT ,etc.) and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Coordinate with other departments (customer service, partner Operations, logistics, product ) to resolve operational issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and delivery procedures.
  • Optimize processes to improve standard operating procedures to enhance service quality and efficiency.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the team.
  • Prepare reports on team performance, operational challenges, and improvement plans.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to the team .

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.

  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team and other internal teams.

  • Proficiency in using logistics software and tracking systems.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and during peak operational periods.

Who Will Excel ❓

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience within the food and beverage or tech industry.
