Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Specialized Sales professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and driving sales of mega projects through consultative sales approaches. You will leverage your strong business acumen to help customers build technology roadmaps, ROI analyses, business cases, and strategic plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for mega projects.
  • Identify and engage with potential enterprise clients, building strong relationships and understanding their specific needs.
  • Present and demonstrate the value of our solutions to key stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • Collaborate with technical and product teams to design customized solutions that address client requirements.
  • Shape deals by providing consultative sales expertise, helping clients build technology roadmaps, ROI analyses, business cases, and strategic plans.
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Telecommunications, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, with a focus on consultative sales or enterprise technology solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to help customers build technology roadmaps, ROI analyses, business cases, and strategic plans.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Arabic/English bilingual is preferred.
  • UAE National is preferred.
