Recruitment Specialist

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist with a profound understanding of human resources to manage the recruitment process effectively. The ideal candidate will supervise all stages of recruitment, prepare and publish job advertisements across various platforms, coordinate our internal and external recruitment efforts, and utilize all relevant government websites including GOSI, Muqeem, Qiwa, and Mudad. The candidate will also track hiring metrics, communicate with potential candidates, build relationships for future opportunities, and manage job offer letters and employment term negotiations.

* Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar HR role. * Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field. * Proficiency in English and Arabic (oral and written). * Experience in the restaurant sector is preferred. * Proficient in MS Office. * Strong sense of ownership and customer-oriented attitude. * Outstanding organizational and time-management skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
