At Six Flags Qiddiya City, the Chef De Partie will be tasked with overseeing a designated section of the kitchen, ensuring that both the preparation and presentation of food meet the highest standards. Candidates for this role should possess prior experience in international cuisine and demonstrate excellent organizational capabilities. The Chef De Partie will manage the culinary operations team members assigned to their area, necessitating a robust work ethic, evident food creativity, and the capacity to successfully supervise and motivate a diverse team of international staff. The role necessitates flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.<\/p>

Education:

High School Certification

Culinary Degree or Similar work Experience

Food Manager Sanitation Certification from Accredited Program such as ServSafe or Highfield PIC

Experience: 0-3 years of experience in a similar leadership role

Experience in high volume kitchen environments-Restaurants/Hotels/Theme Parks/Sports and Entertainment sectors

Skills:

  • Advanced knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively as part of a multi-cultural team

Core Competencies:

  • Knowledge of large-scale food and beverage operations
  • Able to work in high stress, demanding atmosphere with an international staff
  • Awareness and understanding of culinary trends and plating styles
