Join the dynamic culinary team at Six Flags Qiddiya City as a Demi Chef De Partie. In this role, you will play a vital part in the preparation and cooking of a variety of dishes within a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment. Candidates must have prior experience in short order cooking, possess a robust work ethic, and demonstrate the ability to thrive under pressure. The position necessitates flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Education:

High School Certification

Culinary Degree or Similar work Experience

Food Manager Sanitation Certification from Accredited Program such as ServSafe or Highfield PIC

Experience: 0-4 years of experience as a Demi Chef De Partie or similar role in a high-volume kitchen related experience.

Experience in high volume kitchen environments-Restaurants/Hotels/Theme Parks/Sports and Entertainment sectors

Skills:

  • Adept knowledge of industry food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Ability to work consistently well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a multi-cultural team.
