Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced School Principal to join our prestigious institution in the United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the school inspection system in the UAE and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of education.

Key Requirements

– A minimum of 15 years of experience in the education sector.

– At least 3 years of experience in school leadership roles.

– Strong familiarity with the UAE school inspection system.

– Exceptional leadership and communication skills.

– A proven track record of improving school performance and achieving academic excellence.

– A master’s degree in Education or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

– Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the school.

– Leading the development and implementation of the school’s strategic plan.

– Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards.

– Fostering a positive and inclusive school culture.

– Managing staff performance and professional development.

– Engaging with the school community and stakeholders.
