We are seeking an enthusiastic KG Teacher to nurture young learners in a warm and supportive classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
– Design and implement engaging lesson plans for young learners, aligned with the UAE Ministry of Education standards, focusing on foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, and social development.
– Create a nurturing, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and emotional well-being in children.
– Assess student progress through continuous observation and formative assessments, providing regular updates and feedback to parents and guardians.
– Integrate UAE cultural values, national identity, and Islamic studies where applicable, promoting a sense of belonging and understanding of local traditions.
– Participate in professional development and collaborate with colleagues to ensure best practices in early childhood education, in line with UAE educational policies and goals.
Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education
– 2+ years of teaching experience
– Strong passion for working with young children
