We are hiring a HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to assist with recruitment, employee records, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations.
- Assist with recruitment activities, including screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Maintain and update employee records, both digital and physical
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Help organize HR events such as training sessions, team-building activities, and wellness programs
- Prepare HR documents, such as employment contracts and new hire guides
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the HR Manager

- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
