Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate feedback mechanisms to ensure employee voices are heard and considered.
  • Support senior management in crafting messages that effectively convey company news and updates.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Tamheer Program eligibility
  • Experience in internal communication, corporate communications, or public relations is preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for crafting clear and engaging messages.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities, adept at building relationships and collaborating with diverse teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with content management systems or intranet platforms.
  • Knowledge of communication metrics and data analysis to assess effectiveness.
