Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Call Center Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Requirements:

  • English proficiency at Level A2
  • Must be presentable and possess excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all inquiries from our existing clients efficiently and professionally

Required Skills:

  • Strong Problem Solving abilities
  • Decisive with effective Decision Making skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Capable of Listening and managing client needs effectively

Employment Details:

  • Rotational shifts lasting 9 hours which include a 1-hour break
  • 2 days off per week, rotational basis
