Qiddiya Investment Company is a leading real estate developer focused on creating world-class entertainment, sports, and cultural experiences. We are searching for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager - Onboarding.
In this role, you will help ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new employees, aligning them with our company culture and values. You will work closely with various departments to develop and implement effective onboarding programs that facilitate smooth transitions for new hires.
As the Assistant Manager - Onboarding, you will be instrumental in fostering a positive employee experience right from day one, contributing to employee engagement and retention.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement effective onboarding programs tailored to the needs of various departments
- Coordinate all onboarding logistics, including welcome sessions, training materials, and orientation schedules
- Collaborate with HR and department managers to ensure all necessary resources are available for new hires
- Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new employees to the company's mission, values, and culture
- Gather feedback from new hires regarding their onboarding experience and make necessary improvements
- Assist in the development and maintenance of onboarding materials and resources
- Support the integration of new hires into their teams and promote cross-departmental connections
- Monitor employee progress during the onboarding period and provide ongoing support
- Stay updated on best practices related to onboarding and employee engagement
