Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled SAP ECP (Employee Central Payroll) Consultant for a contractual engagement of 3 months, with the possibility of extension. In this pivotal role, you will contribute significantly to the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of SAP Employee Central Payroll solutions for our esteemed clients. You will liaise directly with client teams to grasp their needs and assist in streamlining their payroll processes.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience with SAP Employee Central or Employee Central Payroll modules.
• Thorough understanding of payroll processes, configurations, and their integration with other SAP modules.
• Expertise in SAP ECP functionalities, including time and attendance management, configuration, and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
• Capability to perform under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines.
• Preferably, experience in client-facing roles and project management.
• Immediate availability to commence the contract.
