AHS, a leading real estate company, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will assist in various HR functions, ensuring smooth HR operations and supporting employees throughout their journey at AHS. Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews
- Onboard new employees, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits and assist with payroll processing
- Help facilitate employee engagement initiatives and events
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs
