We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in administrative or office support roles, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Office Management

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and repairs.


Administrative Support

  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
  • Maintain and update filing systems (both physical and digital).


Communication & Coordination

  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors and phone calls, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and packages.


Documentation & Record-Keeping

  • Assist in preparing and formatting documents, presentations, and spreadsheets.
  • Maintain accurate records of office expenses, invoices, and budgets.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.


Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

  • High school diploma (mandatory).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field (preferred).


Experience:

  • 2-4 years of experience in administrative or office support roles.
  • Prior experience in the construction industry or a similar fast-paced environment is a plus.


Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with office management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of document management systems.


Soft Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.


Location: Sheraton ,Cairo

📅 Working Days: Sunday – Thursday

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

📆 Days Off: Friday & Saturday
