To act as a vital support function within the logistics team by serving as the first point of contact for customers and logistics partners, ensuring smooth communication, real-time coordination, and efficient problem-solving across delivery and pickup operations.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to logistics operations, including deliveries, pickups, and general inquiries.
- Support operational teams by ensuring accurate, real-time communication between customers, drivers, and dispatchers.
- Track and update order statuses in the system; flag and follow up on any issues or delays.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints or challenges, escalating to the concerned department when necessary.
- Maintain organized records of call interactions and follow-up actions.
- Collaborate closely with dispatch, fleet, warehouse, and customer service teams to ensure seamless workflow.
- Provide backend support such as data entry, documentation, and reporting to enhance operational visibility.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and SLAs at all times.
- Support other teams with data entry and documentation when needed.
