To act as a vital support function within the logistics team by serving as the first point of contact for customers and logistics partners, ensuring smooth communication, real-time coordination, and efficient problem-solving across delivery and pickup operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to logistics operations, including deliveries, pickups, and general inquiries.
  • Support operational teams by ensuring accurate, real-time communication between customers, drivers, and dispatchers.
  • Track and update order statuses in the system; flag and follow up on any issues or delays.
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints or challenges, escalating to the concerned department when necessary.
  • Maintain organized records of call interactions and follow-up actions.
  • Collaborate closely with dispatch, fleet, warehouse, and customer service teams to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Provide backend support such as data entry, documentation, and reporting to enhance operational visibility.
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs and SLAs at all times.
  • Support other teams with data entry and documentation when needed.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • 1–2 years of experience in a logistics or customer support call center role (preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English required, Arabic preferred).
  • Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using logistics platforms, CRM tools, and spreadsheets.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • High school diploma required; a degree in logistics, business, or a related field is a plus.
