- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the dynamic real estate market and be well-versed across all products, projects and developers within Nawy's inventory
- Provide expert guidance to clients regarding real estate properties, prime locations and distinctive features based on the clients’ needs
- Engage with potential clients to facilitate the purchase of real estate properties
- Thoroughly assess clients’ preferences and financial capabilities to tailor personalized recommendations
- Regularly track deal progress on the CRM platform in accordance with Nawy’s guidelines
- Escort interested clients on property viewings
- Act as a liaison between the client and the developer through contracting procedures
- Ensure adherence to all terms of purchase contracts, safeguarding the interests of all parties involved
- Preserve ongoing communications with clients post-closing, continuing to share product insights with them
