Key Responsibilities
- Provide electrical maintenance and troubleshoot breakdowns for all machines on beverage lines and injection lines.
- Have extensive experience with PLC and classic control systems.
- Plan, estimate, and execute electrical jobs and projects.
- Read and interpret various types of electrical circuits and schematics.
- Lead and direct preventive/predictive maintenance programs to minimize unscheduled downtime and maximize equipment availability, extending equipment life.
- Identify electrical spare parts requirements for all machinery on the production lines.
- Define procedures for maintenance, installation, modification, and repair of electrical systems.
- Provide basic training for machine operators on electrical systems and safety.
- In-depth knowledge of beverage production line machinery, particularly Sidel, KHS, or Krones lines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English).
- Ability to work in shifts.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to refer to and utilize manuals/catalogs effectively.
- Proactive and efficient in troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues.
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to electrical tasks.
- Hands-on experience with electrical maintenance and control systems in beverage production lines, especially Sidel, KHS, or Krones equipment.
- Background in the food and beverage industry preferred.
