Senior UI/UX Designer (Fintech Industry)

SWATX is seeking for a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing user-centered experiences that improve engagement, accessibility, and usability of our fintech products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative UI/UX solutions.
• Design wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, analyze user behavior, and gather insights to inform design decisions.
• Create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that align with fintech industry standards.
• Optimize UI/UX designs for scalability, accessibility, and responsiveness across devices.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest fintech design trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in UI/UX design, specifically in the fintech industry.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience with prototyping, wireframing, and usability testing.
• Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
