The Chain Reaction team is experiencing exciting growth, and we are in search of a skilled Senior Videographer to join our Dubai office. This role introduces a unique opportunity to contribute to an award-winning agency while collaborating with creative and dedicated professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Video Production:

• Develop, plan, and implement compelling video content that aligns with client goals and branding directives.
• Oversee video production processes from pre-production through to post-production, ensuring efficient workflow and timely project delivery.

Camera Operation and Cinematography:

• Skillfully operate various video and camera equipment to capture dynamic and visually captivating footage.
• Employ strong cinematographic techniques to enrich storytelling and enhance the visual allure of the videos.

Editing and Post-Production:

• Edit and refine raw footage to produce polished and engaging video materials.
• Collaborate with the editing team to uphold consistency and high standards in final outputs.

Team Collaboration:

• Work in synergy with creative directors, producers, and fellow team members to bring artistic visions to fruition.
• Mentor and guide junior teammates, fostering a collaborative atmosphere where creativity thrives.

Technical Expertise:

• Keep abreast of industry innovations, emerging technologies, and best videography practices.
• Diagnose technical challenges and implement solutions to maintain exceptional production quality.

Qualifications

• Degree in Film Studies, Cinematography, Digital Media Production or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Videographer and Editor.
• 1-3 years of prior experience in a production company or media channel.
• Proficient in operating professional cameras, editing software, and basic lighting setups.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and a strong sense of prioritization.
• Demonstrated creativity and innovation, with a passion for the craft of video production.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite or Apple Final Cut Pro X.
