Talent 360 is hiring for one of its clients in Zahraa ElMaadi.
Job Description:
- Develop comprehensive plans for the Development and Private Sector Projects Implementation, covering all aspects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate technical and financial project plans.
- Create action plans and ensure alignment within project teams.
- Direct and manage internal stakeholders to implement projects effectively.
- Foster collaboration by updating and aligning with external stakeholders on shared responsibilities.
- Report on project progress weekly/monthly, providing transparency to stakeholders.
- Generate and share inception, interim, and final reports with project stakeholders.
- Analyze project data to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure that all project deliverables are met, and stakeholders are satisfied.
- Collaborate with teams to identify lessons learned and implement best practices.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Political Science, and Economics or a related field.
- 2:3 years of experience in Education and Employment Projects.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
