Qiddiya Investment Company is at the forefront of transforming Saudi Arabia's entertainment sector, and we are seeking a strategic and seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Commercial Manager - Resort Core. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and optimizing the commercial aspects of our resort development projects, ensuring they align with our vision and strategic objectives.

As the Senior Commercial Manager, your responsibilities will include overseeing the financial performance of the resort projects, managing budgets, conducting market analyses, and developing commercial strategies to enhance profitability. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure that all commercial activities are effectively executed, risks are minimized, and contractual obligations are met.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the commercial planning and management for the resort development projects.
  • Develop and implement effective commercial strategies to ensure financial success of the resorts.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive positioning to inform decision-making.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage vendor and stakeholder relationships to align with project goals.
  • Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively.
  • Work closely with other departments including design, development, and operations to ensure integrated project delivery.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, promoting a culture of commercial excellence.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Hospitality Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
