What You Will Do
- Keep our office a well-oiled machine by managing daily admin tasks, supplies, and workspace organization 🏢
- Be the go-to person between management, clients, and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and coordination 🔄
- Support HR processes like recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee documentation—people are your thing! 💙
- Manage emails, calls, and correspondence like a pro—efficient, friendly, and always on top of things 📩
- Take charge of meetings: scheduling, prep work, and follow-ups to make sure nothing falls through the cracks 📅
- Regularly prepare reports and support management on varying administrative tasks
Preferred Background Hard Skills Soft Skills - Experience
- Proven experience in office management or HR administration
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 💻
- Experience with HR processes such as payroll and employee documentation 📑
