ITSM Consultant - (IT Service Management)

SWATX is in search of an experienced ITSM Consultant to fulfill the outlined requirements for a contract duration of 6 months or longer.

• Assessment and Analysis: Assess existing processes and pinpoint deficiencies.
• Process Design: Create organized workflows for Incident, Change, and Problem Management initiatives.
• Capacity Planning: Improve financial efficiency.
• Purchasing: Manage CAPEX/OPEX effectively.
• Deployment: Streamline the standardization of images and factory services to expedite hardware delivery.
• Operations: Design a managed service or outsourcing strategy with an emphasis on ticketing, license evaluations, and asset management.
• Retirement: Suggest data sanitization methods, options for device sales, buy-back strategies, CSR projects, or the opportunity for employee purchases.
• Subsidiary Exit: Establish a definitive exit strategy.
• Certification Preference: ITIL Master Certification is preferred.
