You will oversee all procurement activities, including sourcing, vendor management, negotiation, and contract administration. Collaborating closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders, you will ensure that all materials and services are procured in a timely manner to support project schedules. Your expertise in market analysis and supplier relationship management will be critical in identifying opportunities for savings and improving procurement operations. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute procurement strategies that align with project needs and organizational objectives.
- Lead the procurement team, ensuring effective workflows, performance evaluation, and professional development of team members.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable terms and conditions.
- Oversee the negotiation and preparation of contracts, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost savings.
- Collaborate with project teams to establish and monitor budgeting and forecasting for procurement-related expenditures.
- Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in procurement operations.

متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor's degree in Procurement, or Supply Chain Management.
- Certified Professional Purchasing Manager (CPPM) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP).
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Min. 7 years of procurement experience within the construction industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, Aconex, Microsoft Dynamics GP, Excel for data analysis.
- Familiar with ISO, ASTM, ASME, ASHRAE.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills with a proven track record of achieving cost savings.
- Excellent knowledge of procurement processes, strategies, and tools.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to think strategically.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
