Rawafid is excited to announce an opening for an HVAC & Fire Fighting Systems Design Engineer to join our innovative engineering team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the design and implementation of HVAC and fire fighting systems across various construction projects. Your expertise will ensure that systems are efficient, sustainable, and compliant with all relevant building codes and standards. You will work closely with project managers, architects, and other engineers to develop comprehensive system designs from concept through to completion. Your ability to analyze project requirements, define technical specifications, and create detailed drawings will be key to delivering high-quality solutions that enhance safety and comfort within the built environment. Responsibilities
- Design HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency.
- Develop fire fighting system designs, adhering to local and international codes and safety standards.
- Prepare detailed design documents, including specifications, calculations, and drawings.
- Conduct energy modeling and analysis to evaluate system efficiency and sustainability.
- Collaborate with architects, electrical engineers, and mechanical teams to create integrated building designs.
- Review design drawings and specifications for accuracy and completeness before implementation.
- Stay updated with industry trends, codes, and advancements in HVAC and fire protection technologies.

متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or Building Services Engineering.
- Certified by the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
- Min. 7 years of experience in HVAC and Fire Fighting systems design, preferably for commercial and industrial projects.
- Proficiency in softwares: HAP, AutoCAD, REVIT, Aconex, SharePoint, Excel, Word.
- Strong knowledge of relevant codes and standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, ASME, ASTM, ISO).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
