Civil Quantity Surveyor

In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of quantity surveying and cost management throughout the project lifecycle, from feasibility studies and initial estimates to final accounts. Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and detailed quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and bills of quantities for construction projects.
• Review and analyze project drawings, specifications, and plans to ensure precise measurements and calculations.
• Manage tendering processes, including the preparation and submission of bid packages to suppliers and subcontractors.
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure favorable agreements.
• Monitor project progress and costs, providing regular reports to project managers and stakeholders.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend measures to optimize project budgets.
• Assist in the preparation and review of interim payments and final accounts.
