As a Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for managing the procurement of goods & services, ensuring cost efficiency and compliance with our company policies, you will play a key role in building strong relationship with our stakeholders & suppliers to support GSK's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Partnering:

• Build strong partnerships with different stakeholders across Egypt LOC
• Represent procurement in the different senior local forums (LT, RMCB, etc.)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, legal and compliance to align procurement with business needs.
• Act as a trusted business partner to internal stakeholders, ensuring Procurement Strategies Support their goals and operational needs..
• Serve as the primary Procurement point of contact for business leaders, offering guidance and Support on Procurement related topics
• Provide strategic advice on market trends, supplier capabilities, and risk mitigation to inform business decisions.

Suppliers & contracts Management:

• Manage sourcing, supplier selection, and contract negotiations to secure the best value while ensuring quality and compliance.
• Manage suppliers risk and develop business continuity plans when required.
• Develop supplier strategy for Egypt Loc
• Conduct regular suppliers performance evaluation
• Establish strong strategic relationship with vendors for long term partnership
• Monitor Contract lifecyle, ensuring timely renewals, amendedments, or termination if needed
• Be updated on Market trends, pricing flucutation, and supplier innovation to inform strategic sourcing decisions
• Procurement Operations
• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with GSK objectives & vision.
• Manage the end to end Procurement process,
• Monitor and Maintain different Procurement systems
• Drive cost reduction and value creation through strategic sourcing projects.
• Overee procurement activities across indirect categories.
• Develop yearly procurement plans & targets for Egypt
• Monitor and manage budgets, procurement KPIs, and cost-saving initiatives & targets
• Support audits by ensuring proper documentation

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

• Bachelor degree in related major.
• 10 years of solid procurement experience
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication & presentation skills
• Fluency in Arabic , English is a must, French is a plus
• Experience in Media & digital buying.
• People management experience
• Had a strong understanding of compliance and process oriented.
• Strong business acumen
• Strong leadership skills
• Power BI capabilities
• Strong senior stakeholder management
