GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB:


NAQUA, the largest aquaculture company in the Middle East and a leading producer of high-quality seafood, is seeking a Product Manager for the Food Service Channel. This role will focus on driving the growth and profitability of NAQUA’s seafood products within the food service sector in Saudi Arabia and potentially other regional markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the food service industry, seafood products, and the ability to develop strategies that meet the needs of restaurants, hotels, catering companies, and institutional buyers.


DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES (According to Importance of Responsibility):

  1. Develop and execute product strategies for NAQUA’s seafood portfolio tailored to the food service channel.
  2. Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to drive product innovation and differentiation.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with food service distributors, operators, and key accounts in Saudi Arabia.
  4. Collaborate with the sales team to develop channel-specific sales strategies and promotional programs.
  5. Monitor channel performance and adjust strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
  6. Create and execute marketing campaigns tailored to the food service channel, including digital, print, and trade show initiatives.
  7. Develop sales tools, training materials, and product presentations to support the sales team and distributors.
  8. Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
  9. Manage the P&L for the food service product portfolio, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  10. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and profitability.
  11. Market research to gather feedback and identify emerging trends in the food service sector.


EXPERIENCE/SKILLS & COMPETENCIES/TRAININGS/TOOLS REQUIRED BY THE JOB:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management.
  • Experience in the aquaculture industry or a related B2B environment (highly desirable).
  • Experience in product lifecycle management
  • Experience with digital marketing strategies and tools (SEO, SEM, social media marketing).
  • Experience with brand identity development and brand management tools.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
