Key Responsibilities:

• Perform interior and exterior painting tasks, including surface preparation, priming, and finishing.
• Apply decorative finishes, such as stains, varnishes, and specialty coatings.
• Ensure high-quality workmanship while adhering to timelines and project specifications.
• Repair and prepare surfaces for painting by filling holes, sanding, and cleaning.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate painting projects and schedules.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and tools.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to building codes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a painter, specifically in finishing work.
• Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and tools.
• Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor and work at heights as needed.
