SWATX is on the lookout for a committed Test Engineer to enhance our innovative team. The successful applicant will play a vital role in the design, development, and execution of comprehensive test plans and cases to verify the quality and functionality of our software products. Collaboration with the development team will be essential to detect issues early in the software development life cycle, significantly contributing to the continuous improvement of product quality.
In this position, you will define testing requirements, execute functional and regression testing, and ensure that all product elements meet customer expectations and adhere to industry standards. - Education: B.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Test Engineer or similar role in software testing.
- Technical Skills: Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and tools, including automated testing frameworks.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools.
- Knowledge: Understanding of Agile software development methodologies is a plus.
