SWATX is in search of an experienced Test Engineer to join our innovative team. In this role, the selected candidate will take charge of designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive test plans and cases to verify the quality and performance of our software products. You will work closely with the development team to uncover issues early in the software development life cycle, thereby enhancing the overall quality of our products.
Your responsibilities will include defining testing requirements, conducting functional and regression testing, and ensuring all product features align with customer expectations and industry standards. Your expert recommendations will be instrumental in refining our testing methodologies and reaffirming our dedication to providing outstanding software solutions.

- Education: B.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Test Engineer or similar role in software testing.
- Technical Skills: Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and tools, including automated testing frameworks.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools.
- Knowledge: Understanding of Agile software development methodologies is a plus.
