- Primary Functions
- In charge of marketing & Sales of Bureau Veritas Services
- Approach to new clients
- Identify and pursue new opportunities
- Maintain the business relationship with client
- Technical Expertise
- Selling process: prospect visits, contacts follow-up, quotation, contract negotiation and operations follow-up (client satisfaction)
- Implementation of commercial strategy as defined by country/BU Managers Directly in-charge of proposals, cooperation with Operation Team
- Marketing campaigns and support; mailing, commercial meeting organization, Internal communication of sales and marketing information (references, best practices, CRM tool reports . . .), commercial knowledge management
- Market studies: gathers and analyses commercial information, recommendations to S&M Manager
- Follow-up Commercial Action Plan
- Commercial Processes: monitors back-office organization, rules enforcement for CRM tool Definition and communication of pricing rules (potential discounts) in agreement with S&M and BL managers Prepare monthly commercial reports and KPIs

- HSE Requirements
- Comply at all times with all applicable legal requirements, BV Abu Dhabi HSE Policies and procedures, client’s HSE procedures and code of practices.
- Maintain personal work areas tidy and hazard free and report any deviation/fault/hazard immediately to the location manager/line manager/supervisor.
- Report immediately any newly identified hazard and participate in devising suitable operational control to eliminate/minimize the pertinent risk.
- Report immediately any HSE incident and cooperate in investigation
- Communicate to their immediate manager any unsafe work practice or condition and opportunities for improvement of HSE practices.
- Take care of your own health and safety and that of people who may be affected by what you do (or do not do).
