2.1. Specialty
- Expertise in coordinating land acquisition processes, including title verification, due diligence.
- Knowledge of land registration procedures and local property laws2.2. Education Degree
BA or equivalent
2.4. Technical knowledge
- Maintaining accurate records of land titles, leases, agreements, permits, and related documents.
- Preparing and reviewing land-related legal documentation to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Proficiency in managing digital and physical records using document management systems
2.5. Experience≥ 10 Years

3.1. Primary Functions
Role and responsibilities
- Processed survey data with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GIS to support engineering and construction projects.
- Identifying potential hazards and risks associated with projects. Conduct thorough risk assessments to prevent accidents, injuries, and incidents.
- Develop and implement logistic plans to support project timelines and milestones.
- Ensured compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for land use and allocation.
- conducted land surveys for rail track, roads, buildings, water reservoirs, bridges, tunnels, pipelines, and stormwater systems.
- Assisted in the development of site-specific logistics plans to support project execution.
- Managing on-site logistical operations for infrastructure development.
- Working closely with contractors and subcontractors to ensure that they adhere to the company's security and safety policies and procedures.
- Maintaining accurate records of security-related incidents, training sessions, inspections, and other relevant documentation.
- Regularly reviewing and updating security and safety policies and procedures based on lessons learned, industry trends, and feedback from employees and stakeholders.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety and quality standards across site operations.
- Scheduled and monitored the transportation of materials and equipment to ensure timely delivery.

- Prepared and submitted regular reports on logistics operations to senior management.
- Delivered precise land evaluations, determining shape, contour, location, and elevation for infrastructure projects
- Ensuring that incidents are reported promptly, investigated thoroughly, and documented accurately.
