We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to oversee our recruitment processes. Your role will involve supervising all stages of recruitment and preparing hiring advertisements to be published across various platforms. You will coordinate both internal and external recruitment efforts, ensuring an efficient and effective hiring process. In addition, you will track hiring metrics and maintain communication with potential candidates to foster relationships for future job opportunities. A successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field, coupled with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the restaurant industry. Proficiency in English and Arabic, outstanding organizational abilities, as well as excellent communication skills are essential.
