SWATX is currently seeking a Senior Execution PMO to bolster the capabilities of our project management office and facilitate the successful implementation of high-impact initiatives. In this crucial role, you will be required to use your extensive experience to spearhead project management efforts, enhance governance standards, and ensure that projects are in harmony with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will excel in promoting collaboration, identifying risks, and ensuring best practices are in place to guarantee project success and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Guide the project management office (PMO) in setting and enforcing project governance protocols, ensuring compliance with established policies and methodologies.

- Propel the development and adoption of best practices in project management organization-wide to boost project delivery efficiency.

- Supervise and evaluate the success of major projects, providing high-level support to project managers and teams.

- Work in partnership with senior management to align project outcomes with the strategic objectives and priorities of the company.

- Manage project status reporting and ensure timely communication of risks and issues associated with projects.

- Perform comprehensive evaluations of project performance and suggest recommendations for improvement.

- Mentor project managers and team members to strengthen their project management skills and competencies.

- Organize and facilitate PMO meetings, workshops, and training initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline; a Master’s degree is favored.

- A minimum of 8 years of project management experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role within a PMO.

- Expert knowledge of a variety of project management methodologies (such as Agile and Waterfall) and their associated tools.

- Outstanding communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong analytical capabilities and a track record of making data-driven decisions.

- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high quality standards.

- Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, PgMP, and/or Agile methodologies are highly advantageous.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.

- 8+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a PMO leadership role.

- Advanced knowledge of various project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and relevant tools.

- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards.

- Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, and/or Agile methodologies are highly desirable.
