AHS, a premier luxury real estate developer, is looking for a talented FFE (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) Designer to join our design team. In this role, you will be responsible for selecting and designing high-end furnishings, fixtures, and equipment that enhance the aesthetic and functionality of our luxury properties. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in creating inviting, luxurious environments that resonate with our discerning clientele.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement FFE design concepts and specifications for luxury residential projects
- Collaborate with interior designers, architects, and project managers to ensure cohesive design solutions
- Select, source, and specify furniture, fixtures, and equipment that align with design intent and project budgets
- Create detailed FFE schedules and documentation for procurement and installation
- Research and stay updated on industry trends, materials, and suppliers in the luxury market
- Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate terms for sourcing quality products
- Conduct site visits to assess installation progress and ensure compliance with design specifications
- Prepare presentation materials, including mood boards and renderings, to communicate design concepts to clients
- Manage timelines and budgets effectively to meet project goals
- Address any design-related issues or modifications during the construction and installation phases

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field
- Proven experience as an FFE Designer, preferably within the luxury real estate sector (3-5 years)
- Strong portfolio showcasing FFE design projects, particularly in high-end residential spaces
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) and FFE specification tools
- In-depth knowledge of materials, furnishings, fixtures, and equipment relevant to luxury design
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong creative vision with a focus on functionality and aesthetics
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed for installation and procurement oversight.
