SWATX seeks an Execution PMO who will be essential in directing project execution across various departments. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and uphold project management standards and processes to guarantee uniform execution across projects.
- Analyze project performance indicators and present comprehensive reports to senior management regarding project statuses and results.
- Organize project kickoff meetings and continuous updates to maintain alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Recognize risks and challenges in project execution and lead efforts for mitigation and resolution.
- Partner with project managers to ensure successful project delivery that aligns with scope, budget, and timelines.
- Create and manage a centralized project tracking system to document projects, schedules, and budgets.
- Assist in training and development initiatives for project managers and team members on project management best practices.
- Carry out post-project evaluations to pinpoint lessons learned and identify opportunities for process enhancement.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related fields.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within a PMO setting.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Proficient with project management software and tools (such as MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Capacity to collaborate effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
