Position Summary
Nespresso UAE is looking for an Ecommerce Intern to support the B2C and B2B online catalogue across Nespresso’s website and mobile app. This internship is ideal for fresh graduates or university students who have the flexibility to commit to a full-time internship for 3-4 months. The role focuses on ensuring content accuracy, updating product listings, and maintaining standardization across digital platforms while aligning with Nespresso Global Guidance.
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
- Catalogue Management & Updates:
- Assist in reviewing and maintaining product categories to ensure they are structured correctly.
- Support the Marketing Team in updating and maintaining product category images.
- Ensure product listings are accurate and aligned with market decisions and global standards.
- Update product images and descriptions in Magento based on the latest Nespresso Global Guidance.
- Verify coffee attributes (e.g., intensity, cup size, aromatic notes) and ensure alignment with HQ master texts.
- Check and update machine technical specifications in line with the latest global requirements.
- Ensure product labels are reviewed and standardized for consistency across digital platforms.
- Collaboration & Learning:
- Work closely with Marketing, Digital, and E-commerce Teams to enhance website and app content.
- Gain hands-on experience with Magento and digital product management tools.
- Learn about e-commerce operations and how global brands manage online content.
What Will Make You Successful …
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Passion for digital marketing, e-commerce, and online retail platforms.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for content accuracy and product presentation.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., Magento) is a plus, but not required.
- Available to commit to a full-time internship for 3-4 months.
