AHS, a leading luxury real estate developer, is looking for a talented Finance Manager to join our financial team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing financial operations, analyzing financial performance, and supporting strategic decision-making to ensure the successful management of our high-end real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with demonstrated experience in the real estate sector.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of overall financial plans, budgets, and forecasts for various luxury real estate projects
- Monitor financial performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management
- Coordinate financial audits and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations for cost control and optimization
- Manage cash flow, ensuring adequate funding for ongoing projects
- Collaborate with project managers to develop project budgets and financial forecasts
- Perform financial modeling and sensitivity analysis to evaluate investment opportunities
- Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis and due diligence
- Maintain financial records and ensure accurate reporting in accordance with accounting principles
- Supervise and mentor junior finance team members, providing guidance and training as needed
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices that impact financial performance

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master’s degree or relevant certification (CMA, CFA, CPA) is a plus
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role in the real estate sector (5-10 years)
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
