We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a related HR role. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field and possess proficiency in both English and Arabic, both spoken and written. Experience in the restaurant industry is an advantage. Candidates should also demonstrate proficiency in MS Office, a strong sense of ownership, customer orientation, and adaptability to change. You must possess outstanding organizational and time-management abilities, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key responsibilities include:
• Supervising all stages of recruitment processes.
• Preparing and processing job advertisements and publishing them on various platforms.
• Coordinating the internal and external recruitment processes of the company.
• Experience working with government platforms such as GOSI, Muqeem, Qiwa, and Mudad.
• Tracking hiring metrics and labor requirements.
• Engaging with potential candidates and fostering relationships for future job openings.
• Sending job offer letters and negotiating employment terms.
