What
You Will Do💡

  • Retaining and reactivating vendors while improving their overall experience.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for partners, managing and enhancing relationships.
  • Gathering feedback from partners and translating it into improvements in product, marketing, and operations.
  • Ensuring operational efficiency and delivering the best service to partners.
  • Monitoring ground operations to prevent delays in active orders.
  • Managing outsourced vendor support teams effectively.
  • Proactively identifying and implementing value-added initiatives for partners.

What Are We Looking For❓

  • Education: A Bachelor's DegreeSkills:
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in computer tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is preferred.
  • Experience: 1-3 years in delivery, logistics, or e-commerce partnerships. Previous experience in dispatching or customer support is advantageous.
  • Other Qualities: Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including public holidays and weekends. Good command of English.

Who Will Excel ❓

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience within the food and beverage or tech industry.
