We seek a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring our office's smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing office correspondence.
- Maintain and update company records and databases.
- Schedule appointments and meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements when necessary.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation.
- Provide support to team members and executives as needed.
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
