JASARA PMC is looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Management Specialist to join our innovative team. As a key player in our project management division, you will leverage your expertise to oversee and ensure the successful delivery of various projects aligned with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and completion.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure on-time delivery within budget.
- Facilitate regular project meetings to communicate updates and foster collaboration among team members.
- Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure issues are addressed promptly.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with JASARA's project management standards and best practices.
- Support in training and mentoring junior project management staff.
متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.
- Strong project management skills, with a proven record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
