BlackStone eIT is seeking a Head of Infrastructure to lead our IT infrastructure team and oversee the design, implementation, and management of all infrastructure-related initiatives. In this leadership role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the technological landscape of our organization, ensuring that our infrastructure is robust, secure, and aligned with strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the infrastructure strategy in alignment with the company’s objectives.
  • Lead and manage the infrastructure team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
  • Design and oversee the deployment of scalable, high-availability infrastructure solutions.
  • Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of servers, networks, and cloud services.
  • Establish best practices for infrastructure management, including monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery.
  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee procurement of hardware and software.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support application deployments and technology initiatives.
  • Stay current with technology trends and developments to enhance infrastructure capabilities.
  • Implement IT governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks.
  • Develop and manage infrastructure budgets and resource allocation.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in designing and managing complex IT infrastructures.
  • Strong knowledge of networking, servers, storage, virtualization, and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure).
  • Expertise in IT governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and optimize costs.
  • Professional certifications such as ITIL, TOGAF, or similar are preferred.
