AHS, a prestigious luxury real estate developer, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Head of PR & Marketing to lead our public relations and marketing initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive strategies to elevate the AHS brand and promote our exclusive property developments. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of luxury market dynamics, and a knack for innovative storytelling.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated PR and marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness and drive sales
- Lead and manage the PR and marketing team to ensure alignment with business objectives and successful campaign execution
- Oversee all communications, including press releases, marketing collateral, and social media content
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry stakeholders
- Identify and engage in high-profile marketing opportunities and sponsorships to promote AHS properties
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform branding and marketing strategies
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics and PR outcomes
- Manage the marketing budget to optimize spending for maximum impact
- Oversee crisis communication and reputation management strategies
- Support sales enablement efforts with impactful marketing materials and presentations

- Experience with digital marketing and social media strategies
