  • Jira Configuration: Customize and configure Jira projects, workflows, issue types, fields, and screens to align with business requirements.
  • Integration: Integrate Jira with other tools and systems (e.g., Confluence, Bitbucket, CI/CD tools) to enhance productivity and streamline processes.
  • User Support: Provide technical support to users, troubleshooting issues, and offering solutions to optimize their use of Jira.
  • Training: Conduct training sessions for team members on how to effectively use Jira and its features.
  • Reporting: Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track project progress, team performance, and other key metrics.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions that improve workflows and processes.
  • Maintenance: Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and backups to ensure the integrity and security of the Jira environment.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and best practices.
  • Interact with Vendor Support to resolve issues related to Clarity PPM
  • Support and Troubleshoots L1 and L2 tickets raised by End Users.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Bachelor Degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.
  • 4-6 + years proven experience as a Jira developer or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
  • Atlassian Certified (ACP100)
  • Proficiency in Jira administration, scripting (e.g., Groovy, JavaScript), and familiarity with REST APIs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of database concepts (Oracle, Generic SQL, Relational Modeling/DB Design).
  • Strong Knowledge of Database (SQL/Oracle/PLSQL)
  • Knowledge in system database structure
  • Experience with project management methodologies processes and tools.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and techniques.
