üAt sector level, drive in real time a flow cycle to meet the objectives and rules set by the supervisor (security - health - 5S - quality - flow - effectiveness) üEnforce safety, health and ergonomic rules and 5S throughout the sector. üIdentify non -compliant situations and behaviors üGuarantee inventory accuracy & correction operations are realized üMake sure operators are trained & validates training levels üDrive in real-time adjustments of staff according to the needs üDrive the actions to get service level , quality components &products, process lead time & insures productivity goals are reached üSynchronize support function actors on short term actions üTo be key user for information system üImplement tools and animate SIM cycle 1, ensuring the quality of information provided to the warehouse supervisor for SIM 2
Qualifications
>5 years of experience in WH supervision
