We are currently in search of an experienced Supply Chain Director to lead our supply chain operations and drive efficiency throughout our organization.
Job Description:
· Develop and execute supply chain strategies that align with the company’s goals and drive operational excellence.
· Oversee and optimize the end-to-end supply chain process, including procurement, production, logistics, and distribution.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and manage inventory levels efficiently.
· Establish and manage relationships with key suppliers and partners to ensure cost-effective procurement and high-quality service delivery.
· Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
· Lead a team of supply chain professionals, providing mentorship, training, and development opportunities to enhance their skills.
· Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential disruptions in the supply chain.
· Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our supply chain remains competitive and innovative.
· Prepare and present reports to senior management on supply chain performance and progress towards objectives.

Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
· Minimum of 8 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
· Proven track record of managing complex supply chains and driving cost reductions while improving service levels.
· Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
· Strong leadership abilities and experience in team development and performance management.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
