About iSchool: iSchool is MENA's #1 online coding platform for students aged 6 to 18, offering live coding classes in AI, data science, game development, VR, and AR. We are looking for a Freelance Telesales Recruiter to help us attract and hire top sales talents.
Job Overview: As a Freelance Telesales Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting telesales candidates who can effectively communicate iSchool's value to potential customers. Your role will involve managing the recruitment pipeline, conducting initial phone screenings, and coordinating interview processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and attract telesales candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Conduct phone screenings to assess candidates' communication skills, sales experience, and suitability for the role.
- Shortlist qualified candidates and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
- Provide feedback and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
